Downtown Works offers two office solutions built for different team structures.
Flex+ Hybrid Program
Built for teams with fluctuating in-office attendance. An automated reservation system lets a larger pool of employees rotate through one or more private offices as needed, rather than assigning fixed seats. Includes meeting room credits (amount varies by office size) and access to standard amenities.
Private Office Plan
Built for teams that need a stable, dedicated space. Offers a set number of desks for a consistent group of team members. Unlike Flex+, seats are not rotated among a larger pool of employees.
