Your Username
Your username is the email address you signed up with, and it's case-sensitive. To change your registered email, contact your Community Manager or support team — this can't be done from the portal directly.
Resetting Your Password
Go to the member portal login page.
Click Forgot Password.
Follow the link in the email you receive to set a new password.
Your new password works for both your member portal and our WiFi network.
Activation Link Expired?
Welcome-email activation links expire after 24 hours. To get a new one, use the same Forgot Password flow above — it works for both password resets and expired activations.
