Getting Started with ezeep on MacOS

Download

1. Log in to the ezeep Blue Portal.

2. Select Apps & Downloads from the left panel.

3. Under Print App for Desktops, click the download arrow next to Apple MacOS.

Install

1. Locate the downloaded zip file in your Downloads folder and extract it.

2. Run the .pkg installer.

3. Enter your Mac's admin credentials when prompted.

4. Once installed, enter your ezeep credentials when prompted.

5. When printing from any application, your ezeep printers will appear with an [e] prefix.

Uninstall

1. Find the app in Finder (usually in Applications), or use Spotlight — hold Command (⌘) while double-clicking the app.

2. Drag it to the Bin, or select it and choose File > Move to Bin.

3. Enter your Mac's admin username and password if prompted.

4. Empty the Bin to complete removal.
