Option 1: Print a Configuration Page
Most printers can print a configuration or network settings page directly from the device.
Button method: Press and hold the printer's "Go" or network/status button for 5–10 seconds. This varies by model.
Menu method: If your printer has a screen, look for a network settings or "Print Configuration Page" option, usually under a Network or Information menu.
Check your printer's manual for the exact method, since this varies by manufacturer and model.
Option 2: Check the Printer's Built-In Display
If your printer has a screen with menu navigation, look for a network settings menu — the IP address is usually listed there directly.
Option 3: Check Printer Properties on a Connected Computer
If the printer is already installed on a Windows computer:
Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners (or Control Panel > Devices and Printers on older Windows versions).
Right-click the printer and select Printer Properties.
Go to the Ports tab.
Find the checked port — it usually shows the printer's IP address.
