Beyond mail notifications (if applicable), your member portal account has its own notification settings for community announcements and updates.
Managing Your Preferences
Log in to your member portal.
Go to Account > Notifications.
Choose which types of updates you'd like to receive — announcements, community updates, and similar communications.
Save your changes.
Note: This is separate from mail notification settings in your virtual mailbox — see Enabling Mail Notifications if you're looking for that instead.
