Troubleshooting PDF printing with ezeep

Last updated on 05 Aug, 2026

PDFs can behave inconsistently when printed through a cloud print system like ezeep, because the document passes through more conversion steps than printing directly to a local printer. If your PDF isn't printing correctly β€” missing formatting, garbled text, or a stuck job β€” try the steps below.

Step 1: Update Your PDF Reader

An outdated PDF reader is a common cause of print formatting issues.

  1. Open Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

  2. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

  3. Install any available update, then restart your computer.

  4. Try printing the PDF again.

Step 2: Use Print as Image

If the issue persists, "Print as Image" flattens the PDF into a simple image before sending it to the printer, which resolves most formatting inconsistencies.

  1. Confirm your printer is on and connected β€” select your ezeep printer (shown with an [e] prefix).

  2. Open your PDF in Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

  3. Go to File > Print, then click Advanced.

  4. Select Print as Image. (Exact location varies by Reader/Acrobat version.)

  5. Click OK to close Advanced settings, then OK to print.

Still Having Issues?

Submit a support ticket with the printer name and a description of what's going wrong β€” garbled text, missing images, and stuck jobs each point to different causes, so the more detail you provide, the faster we can help.
