Mailbox renters control how much access other users have to their virtual mailbox.
Roles
Mailbox Renter Owns the mailbox and automatically has full Manager-level access.
Mailbox Manager Full access to receive mail, submit action requests, and invite other users.
Mail Recipient Can receive mail and submit action requests, but can't manage the account (unless also made a Manager). Mail recipients must verify their own identity and provide their own email.
Mail Pickup Staff Authorized to pick up mail on your behalf only — no account access.
Inviting a New User
From your desktop, click the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top right.
Click Mail Managers, Mail Recipients, or Mail Pickup Staff.
Enter the person's email address.
Press Enter to send the invitation.
Additional managers or recipients beyond your plan's included seats may carry a fee — see Are There Additional Charges?
