Virtual Mailbox: Activating Your Mailbox

Register As A User

1. From your email inbox, open the mailbox invitation from us.

2. Click Get Your Address or Activate Your Account.

3. Start creating your renter account by completing the information required.

4. Click Next.

5. Complete your forwarding address information.

6. Click Sign Up.

📌 Note: To access your mailbox, accept the email invitation first. No mailbox will be associated with your account until the mailbox invitation is accepted and the your account is created.

🎯 Troubleshooting: Can't find your invite? Check your spam/junk folder or promotions folder.

Signing In Again

1. From your desktop, enter your mailbox renter URL (app.pilotomail.com/downtownworks).

2. Enter your email address and password.

3. Click Sign In.

4. If an error appears, check that you are using your correct login information or reset your password by clicking Forgot password. 

It's important to note that your member portal credentials will not be the same unless you enter them identically.
