Virtual Mailbox: Are There Additional Charges?

Each month, certain plans are allocated specific amount of requests included within your membership. When a mailbox renter runs out of complementary action requests, fees begin to be charged for each request made outside of your mailbox plan. These can range in price and vary depending on the action request.

Examples of additional charges

• Action Requests Handling Fees: these include Open & Scan, Shred, Recycle, etc.

   

• Forward Action Requests: These fees include the postage price and can vary for each size and carrier selected.

   

• Mailbox Manager and Recipient Fee: With your selected plan there are seats included (these are the number of people authorized to login and access your mailbox account) if you want more space it will be an extra fee.

   

💡 Additional Charges are calculated at the end of every month and invoiced at the beginning of the next month or billing cycle. The action requests that were not covered by your membership will accumulate for the remaining time of the month and billed for them at the beginning of the next cycle.
