We'll keep this answer short and sweet with a few important points.
- If you would like to schedule a Zoom meeting in advance please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information.
- Your Name
- Your Email
- Your Meeting Name
- Your Meeting Room Name or Number
- Your Meeting Date
- Your Meeting Time
- Once you email that to us we will create a Zoom invitation and send it over to you. You can then forward that invitation with the corresponding invitation to your team.
- Once you arrive at Downtown Works, just pick up the iPad located next to the TV and select your meeting from the meeting list. Press start meeting to begin your meeting. Attendees will be placed in a waiting room before the meeting starts. If you would like to record the meeting, please let us know and we can organize that for you as well. In order to get the recording, please send an email to email@example.com
Zoom Meetings are included in your membership or meeting room rental absolutely free. We don't charge extra for things that should already be included. Please check your location first to see which meeting rooms are Zoom enabled.
