For Weekday Reservations:
- We require a 72-hour notice for non members. Meeting room bookings not canceled 72 hours prior to check-in time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the reservation. If you cancel within 72 hours and would like to reschedule your reservation please call or email us, we look at these requests on a case by case basis.
- For members: any plan included hours used for your specific booking will also be forfeited if cancellation is not received 24 hours in advance.
- We will provide a refund if your reservation is prior to your 72 hour check-in time.
For Weekend Reservations:
- We require a 72-hour notice. Meeting room bookings not canceled 72 hours prior to check-in time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the reservation. a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
