Non Members:
Click here or go to downtown.works/meetingrooms and choose your desired date and time. You can either select the date and manually drag your cursor along the calendar or select the Book Now button and enter your information in manually.
You will then be prompted to create an account, add a payment method, and confirm your reservation on the summary page. Once successful, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt.
Members:
Booking a conference room is as easy as clicking on a free time slot on the Calendar and confirming your preferred time. We will send you a confirmation email with ‘calendar invite’ attached. You can then see all your Bookings and Remaining Credits in the Bookings tab.
