Steps to Cancel Your Membership

Submit the Cancellation Form: To begin the cancellation process, please fill out our online cancellation form. This form is necessary to officially request the termination of your membership.

Confirmation: After submitting the form, if you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please raise a ticket with our Billing Team to ensure your request has been received.
Verifying Your Membership Termination

Processing Your Termination: Once you submit your request, our team will promptly review and initiate the termination process in our system. This usually takes a few minutes, but we ask that you allow up to 24 hours for full processing.

Checking Termination Status: You can verify the status of your termination by:
- Logging into your account.
- Selecting 'Billing' from the left-hand menu, then 'Membership'.
- Under 'Membership', look for 'Plan' and 'Period'. The 'Period' will show an end date once your termination has been processed.

Additional Fees: If there are any unpaid services or fees incurred during your termination period, these will be billed accordingly. To view any one-off fees for the month, select 'One Off Fees' under the 'Billing' tab.
Important Notes
- Written Notice Required: Please note that all membership cancellations must be submitted in writing via our online form. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- 30-Day Notice: We require a 30-day notice period to terminate your membership, as outlined in your membership agreement.
- Consult Your Membership Agreement: For detailed information about the cancellation policy, please refer to your membership agreement available within your member portal.
