Great question. We are definitely sad you are thinking of leaving Downtown Works. but we have made this as easy and painless as possible.
In order to cancel your membership or terminate your contract please email your Community Manager. If you do not get a response within 24 hours, please submit a ticket to our Billing Team.
How can I verify my membership or termination has been accepted?
Great question. Once you submit your termination to us, our team will review your request and process the necessary steps in our backend system to finish the termination process. This is normally done within a couple of minutes, and you would be able to see an update on your membership. Please give us up to 24 hours to review your request. Once completed, you will be able to see an end date to your membership. With an end date, this ensures you will not be billed for your monthly services, however, you may still be billed for any services or fees unpaid within your termination period. If you have any questions, just submit a ticket.
- Select Billing from the left hand menu
- Select Membership
- Under Membership you will see the Plan along with the Period. The Period will have an end date once your termination is processed.
- To view any additional fees for the month, you can select One Off Fees under the Billing tab.
Please note: Membership cancellations must be done in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be processed by our Billing and Accounting Department. Please remember that we require a 30 day notice to terminate your membership. If you have any questions, please consult your membership agreement located within your portal.
