• Flexibility: Our month-to-month memberships are designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to easily adjust the amount of space you need as your business grows or changes.

• How to Request More Space:

  • Email Your Community Manager: You can reach out directly to your Community Manager via email. They are here to assist you with your expansion needs and discuss available options.

Availability and Priority

• Limited Availability: Please note that space expansion is subject to availability and is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Priority for Current Members: Current Downtown Works members have priority for internal moves and expansions, ensuring that our existing community has the first opportunity to grow their space.
