Don't worry, we are here to help. We don't like things not working or being broken anymore then you do.
Please make sure of the following before reporting the issue:
- The machine is on - normally you can tell if there are flashing lights or internal lights inside the machine.
- If the machine is not on, look for a power button and turn it on. If you completed this step please follow the instructions below.
Please advise a member of staff or your Community Manager immediately after submitting a support ticket.
