Great question! We're sorry to lose you as a customer, but we understand that sometimes things happen and changes need to be made.
If you signed up through Anytime Mailbox, all cancellations must be made through them. They need a confirmation from the email address you have on file in order to cancel your mailbox. To close your mailbox account, please email Anytime Mailbox at firstname.lastname@example.org. From there, they will process the information and send us over a notification.
We do ask for a 30-day notice to make arrangements with the post office and reassign your mailbox to another customer. For any questions regarding the cancellation policy please reach out to Anytime Mailbox support.
