Great question! We're sorry to lose you as a customer, but we understand that sometimes things happen and changes need to be made.
If you signed up through Anytime Mailbox, all cancellations must be made through them. They need a confirmation from the email address you have on file in order to cancel your mailbox. To close your mailbox account, please email Anytime Mailbox at support@anytimemailbox.com. From there, they will process the information and send us over a notification.
We do ask for a 30-day notice to make arrangements with the post office and reassign your mailbox to another customer. For any questions regarding the cancellation policy please reach out to Anytime Mailbox support.
For information for what happens to your mail should you keep receiving mail at the location selected please look over the Terms & Conditions on your renter portal.
