We understand the importance of receiving your mail and packages promptly and securely. Here’s how we manage incoming mail and package deliveries across all our locations.
Please note, you must have an Exclusive Desk, Private Office, Virtual Office or qualified Mail plan to receive deliveries and mail at Downtown Works. Proper documentation will be required including, but not limited to, the USPS Form 1583.
Comprehensive Mail Services
- All Types of Mail: We accept both regular mail and package deliveries at every Downtown Works location. Whether it's a document, a small parcel, or a larger package, we have the facilities to handle your delivery needs.
Notification Process
- Email Alerts: If your membership includes this feature, when a package or letter arrives for you, our staff will scan the label or the front of the letter. You will receive an email notification alerting you of the delivery. This notification will include details such as the sender and the type of item received.
Managing Your Deliveries
- Handling Instructions: if your membership includes this feature, upon receiving the email alert, you can decide how you want us to handle your mail or package. Options may include holding it for pick-up, forwarding it to another address, or other available services depending on your needs and membership level.
Secure Storage
- Safekeeping: Until you pick them up or provide further instructions, your items will be stored securely on-site. Our staff monitors all received and stored items to ensure they are kept safe and accounted for. More information on storage fees is available here.
