Your username is the email you provided to us upon signing up. Please note that it is case sensitive, and that in order to change your email address you must contact a staff member, your Community Manager, or our support team.
If you did not click the activation button on your welcome email, you'll need to send yourself a password reset. Those tokens are only valid for 24 hours. Select the Forgot Password link on the portal page. You will then receive a link to create a new password that you can use to login to your portal and our WIFI network.
Please be aware that you may need to set your password on your cell phone before being able to access the WIFI network on your other device.
