At Downtown Works, we strive to maintain a consistent and professional aesthetic across all of our spaces. To achieve this, we have a specific policy regarding office signage that all members must follow.
Signage Material and Appearance
- Material: All office signs are made from adhesive frosted vinyl, which complements our office design while allowing you to showcase your business name or logo on your office window.
Ordering and Installation
- Vendor and Production: Office signage must be ordered through Downtown Works and its approved vendors to ensure consistency in design and quality.
- Submission Process: Please submit your logo files via a support request in the member portal. This helps us manage your request efficiently and ensure it meets our guidelines.
- Lead Time: The typical lead time for creating and installing office signage is 5-7 business days. Depending on the complexity or artwork delays it may be longer.
Design Specifications
- Size Limitations: Signage may not exceed 16 inches by 6 inches. Your logo will be scaled to fit within these dimensions.
- File Formats: For the best quality, we accept the following file formats:
- Preferred: EPS, PSD, or AI.
- Accepted: PNG, PDF (These formats are not preferred due to quality considerations).
- Color Restrictions: Please note that we cannot print in color. All logos will be printed in frosted vinyl to maintain a uniform look throughout our locations.
