What is the Flex+ Program vs Private Office Plan?

Downtown Works Flex+ program provides companies an automated reservation system that allows for an almost unlimited number of employees to rotate within one or multiple private offices at a fraction of the cost of a commercial office rental. Included are meeting room credits (depending on office size) and all of our amenities. To learn more about Flex+ click here. 

Downtown Works Private Office plans limits the flexibility for companies. It comes with a set amount of desks and people that can reside within the office and does not allow for a rotation of employees. This plan is good for companies that are going to be having the same team members coming into the space often.
