Timing of Payments

Due Date: Both your deposit and the first month's fees are due prior to your move-in date. This ensures that everything is settled so you can start using your workspace without any delays.

Consolidated Invoice: If your move-in is scheduled for the beginning of the month, both the deposit and the first month's fees will be included on the same invoice to simplify the payment process.
Requirements
- Payment Completion: You must complete the payment of these fees before you can move into your workspace. This is essential to secure your space and access all the amenities and services we offer.
