Downtown Works charges setup fees that cover the expense of a move in, maintenance, keys/keycards (if applicable) as well as the time is takes our staff to get you setup on the backend. Setup fees may vary and may not be waived. For more information, speak with your locations Community Manager.
Current Setup Fees:
- Private Office: $300
- Exclusive Desk: $99
- Open Desk, Works+, Works Basic, Virtual Office: $49
