To enjoy this benefit while ensuring the comfort and safety of all our members, including those who may not be as enthusiastic about pets, we have established a comprehensive pet policy in partnership with PetScreening.
Benefits of Pets in the Office

Pet Registration and Screening
Before bringing your pet to Downtown Works, you must comply with the following requirements:

PetScreening Registration:
- All pets must be registered through PetScreening, a third-party pet application service.
- This service securely stores your pet’s information in one place, making it simpler to manage and share records with various service providers such as housing providers, hotels, pet groomers, doggy daycares, dog walkers, pet sitters, and vets.

Application Fee:
- There is a $20 annual fee for the PetScreening application. This fee covers the administrative costs of maintaining your pet’s records and ensuring they meet our community standards.
- Assistance Animals: There is no cost for registering assistance animals, but appropriate documentation will be required.
Rules and Responsibilities

Mindfulness: While pets are welcomed, it is crucial to be mindful of all members’ comfort and safety. Not all members may appreciate or tolerate the presence of pets.

Behavior and Control: Pets should be well-behaved and under control at all times while in the office.
