Timing of Cancellation
- Mid-Month Cancellations: If you cancel any time after the first day of the month, your cancellation will be considered effective from the first day of the following month. For example:
- A cancellation submitted on September 8 will result in your membership remaining active until October 31.
- A cancellation submitted on September 1 will terminate your membership on September 30.
