When you're part of our coworking community, we strive to keep billing simple and transparent. Each month, you'll receive an invoice that details all the charges and services you've utilized during the billing period. Here’s what you can expect on your monthly invoice:

Core Components

Membership Fees: This is the base fee for your chosen membership plan, which grants you access to our coworking spaces and standard amenities.
Discounts: Any promotional discounts or special rates applied to your account during the billing period will be itemized here.

Additional Services

Add-Ons: Depending on your needs, you might choose additional services which will be reflected here. These can include:
- Mail Handling Services: For managing your postal needs including mail receipt and forwarding.
- Postage Fees: Costs incurred from sending mail or packages from our location.
- IT Support Fees: Charges for any additional tech support services provided beyond the basic IT infrastructure.
- Extra Membership Features: Fees for services not covered under your standard membership.

Fees and Overage Charges

Late Fees: Any charges applied due to late payments.
