Your monthly invoice includes your membership fees, discounts, add-ons and any late fees or service fees. Add-ons may include mail handling services, postage fees, IT fees, extra membership fees, etc.
Your monthly invoice will also include your location, contract number, due date, and ending balance information.
Any conference room overages will also be included on your invoice. Overage charges from the previous month will also be shown on the current month's invoice.
