With a new update to Brivo (version 4.3 and above) you now have the ability to create an account directly in the app. This will enable you to transfer passes to another phone or if you get a new phone, sign in and have your valid pass show up without having to request another. Please note - you must use the same email address that is associated with your Downtown Works email on file or that the pass is sent to. Failure to do this will result in an invalid pass.
Ready to create an account? Follow the steps below.
Download Brivo Mobile Pass from the Google Play or App Store
Click on the 3 stacked rectangles at the top of the app. |

Click on 'Create an Account' | |
Enter in your Email (the one you have received the mobile pass to or the one we have on file), confirm your email is correct, and select a password. Once finished, click 'Sign-Up' | |
Congrats, you have now created an account. You will now need to confirm your email. Once you receive the verification email, click on the verification link and you are all set. |

Once completed, you will be able to see your email under 'Account Details' where the red arrow is pointing as well as your name under 'Mobile Passes'. |

If you have not received a Brivo invite or you have previously received a Brivo invite and it expired or was removed from your Mobile device and have not created an account before, click 'Sign In' | |
Do not enter in any email or password as the Brivo system is not currently connected to your member portal until you follow the next steps.
Under the 'Sign In' button where it says 'Don't have an account?' click on 'Sign Up' |

Enter in the required information and click 'Sign Up' when you are finished.
Important Note: the email address used during this process must match the email we have for you on file in order to connect your accounts. If you do not use the same email address your pass will not show up.
