How Do I Update My Profile?

Your Downtown Works profile helps you connect with other members in the community.

Steps

1. Log in to your member portal.

2. Click Account, then Profile.

3. Upload a photo.

4. Add a bio and your skills.

5. Add your social profiles (Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn).

6. Set your privacy preferences.

7. Enter a valid phone number — this is used for various Downtown Works communications.

8. Click Update to save.
