Coins are credits with real monetary value, used across various services in your membership. One coin equals one unit of currency on your plan.
Viewing Your Coins
Go to Billing > Credits in your member portal to see:
Credit type — what each credit applies to.
Balance — how many you have left and how many you've used.
Usage history — toggle between months to see past use or upcoming allocations.
Example: Printing Credits
Your plan may include Coins for printing. For example, 500 color prints per month at $0.10/page equals a 50-coin allotment.
Tracking Detailed Usage
Click the arrow (>) next to any credit type for a detailed breakdown by date and amount. If deductions aren't showing, toggle Display Negative Transactions.
Key Things to Know
Coins don't roll over. Use your monthly allocation within the month — anything unused expires.
Full visibility into usage is available anytime in the portal.
