Which system does my building use? Downtown Works uses two different access systems β Brivo Mobile Pass and SWITCH β depending on your location. Check your welcome email or ask your Community Team to confirm which one applies to you.
Brivo Mobile Pass is the digital keycard used for building access at Brivo-enabled Downtown Works locations.
Note: This article covers Downtown Works' specific setup. For general Brivo app support beyond what's here, contact Brivo Support.

Common Questions
I downloaded the app but can't access the door. Brivo Mobile Pass uses geofencing through our WiFi network β it only grants access when you're actually at the space and connected.
I deleted the app or got a new phone. Your pass is automatically deactivated for security. Submit a support ticket and we'll send a new invitation.
I didn't receive my invitation, or it expired. Invitations expire 72 hours after they're sent. Submit a support ticket and we'll issue a new one within 1 business day.
