Mail and package handling is included at no extra cost with Virtual Office, Exclusive Desk, and Private Office memberships.
Other membership types can add mail handling via the Mailbox Add-On. Contact your Community Team to add this service to your plan.
Required Registration
Activating mail service requires a completed USPS Form 1583, which authorizes Downtown Works to receive mail on your behalf. Forms are available from your Community Team and must be submitted before service begins.
Recipients and Entities
Mail handling includes 2 recipients and 1 entity per plan.
Additional recipients: $10/month each
Additional entities: $25/month each

Storage and Scanning Fees
Free storage periods and scanning charges vary by plan. See the Mailbox Fee Schedule for current rates.
