At Downtown Works, we want to make sure you feel at home and can bring personal food items to store in the office. Here's what you need to know about using the refrigerators:
Storing Your Food
Welcome to Bring Lunch and Snacks: Feel free to bring your lunch and snacks! We provide refrigerators for storing personal food items during the workday.
Complimentary Items: Downtown Works provides complimentary milk, condiments, and similar items, which are clearly marked with "Provided Complimentary by Downtown Works" stickers.
Labeling Requirements: To ensure that your food is not discarded during our regular clean-outs, please label all personal items. Labels and pens are available right next to the refrigerator or in a nearby drawer.
Weekly Clean-Out Policy
Schedule: We clean out our fridges every Friday at 3 p.m.
Weekend Storage: If you need to leave items in the fridge over the weekend, please ensure they are clearly labeled as such. Items intended to be kept should have a label stating to keep over the weekend.
Unlabeled Items: Any unlabeled items, including Tupperware and other containers, will be thrown away during the clean-out process.
