We'll create the Zoom invitation and send it to you. Forward it to your team along with the meeting details.
Day of the Meeting
Pick up the iPad next to the room's TV, select your meeting from the list, and tap Start Meeting. Attendees will wait in a waiting room until you start.
Recording
If you want the meeting recorded, let us know when you email your request, or ask us to set it up in advance. To receive the recording afterward, email support@downtownworks.com.
Cost
Zoom meetings are included with your membership or meeting room rental at no extra charge. Availability varies by location — check with your Community Team to confirm which meeting rooms at your location are Zoom-enabled.
