Accepted IDs (one must include a photo)
Valid driver's license or state non-driver ID, armed forces/government/university/corporate ID, passport, alien registration card or naturalization certificate, current lease/mortgage/deed of trust, voter or vehicle registration card, or home/vehicle insurance policy.
Not Accepted
Social Security card, credit card, birth certificate.
For Firms or Corporations
Firm: If members of the firm will receive mail, provide names and IDs for every member.
Corporation: If officers will receive mail, provide their names and addresses.
