If you would like to change or reschedule a reservation:
- Please email us or hop on our live chat. Please note if you would like to reschedule or change your reservation it cannot be within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time. We are happy to accommodate you should your plans change prior to your 24-hour check-in time. Your original room may not be available for your rescheduled bookings, new hourly rates may apply.
- Login to your Member Portal and under your meeting room bookings select to change or cancel.
