Viewing payment history and invoice history are one and the same on your Member Portal.
- Log into your Member Portal and tap “Billing" on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
- Tap where it says “Invoices” at the top of the list of invoices. Select your date range and your invoice(s) will load accordingly.
Note - if you do not see any invoices or don't see the billing tab, you do not have permissions to do so. Please contact your account administrator to get in touch with your Community Manager for access.
*For members who joined before 1/1/2019, we will have to manually generate a statement, please submit a ticket above.*
If there is a discrepancy or you need further information about a previous payment, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a short explanation of what you are looking for and if possible include the payment ID number that was included in your payment receipt email, or open a new ticket up top!
