Viewing payment history and invoice history are one and the same on your Member Portal.
- Log into your Member Portal and tap “Billing" on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
- Invoices should load by default, but if it does not simply tap where it says “Invoices” at the top of the list of invoices. Select your date range using the filters and your invoice(s) will load accordingly.
Note - if you do not see any invoices or don't see the billing tab, you do not have permissions to do so. Please contact your account administrator to get in touch with your Community Manager for access.
