Visit Our Booking Page: Go to downtown.works/meetingrooms. Here you can view the availability of our meeting rooms.

Select Your Date and Time:
- You can select your desired date by clicking on the calendar. To choose the time, either drag your cursor along the time slots on the calendar or click the "Book Now" button.
- Fill out your details in the booking form that appears.

Create an Account and Payment:
- You will be prompted to create an account with us. Follow the steps to set up your account.
- Add a payment method to secure your booking.

Confirm Your Reservation:
- Review your reservation details on the summary page and confirm your booking.
- Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt and all the details of your reservation.
For Members

Access the Member Calendar:
- Log in to your member portal and navigate to the Calendar tab.

Book Your Meeting Room:
- Click on any free time slot in the Calendar.
- Confirm your preferred time and details.

Confirmation:
- After booking, you will receive a confirmation email, which includes a calendar invite.
- Check the "Bookings" tab in your portal to view all your bookings and remaining credits.
