Username Information
- Your Username: Your username is the email address you provided upon signing up. Remember, it is case-sensitive.
- Changing Your Email: If you need to change your registered email address, please contact a staff member, your Community Manager, or our support team directly.
Resetting Your Password
- Forgot Password: If you forget your password, simply select the "Forgot Password" link on the portal login page.
- Receiving Reset Link: You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. This new password will grant you access to both your member portal and our WiFi network.
Activation Issues
- Activation Link Expired: If you did not activate your account using the link in your welcome email within 24 hours, the token would expire.
- Resending Activation: To resend the activation, follow the same steps as resetting your password: click the "Forgot Password" link on the portal page to receive a new activation link.
Additional Tips
- Setting Password on Mobile: You may need to set your new password on your mobile device first before you can access the WiFi network on other devices.
