Viewing all your meeting room hours/credits available to you is extremely easy.
Reviewing All Current & Remaining Credits
To view your remaining Meeting Room hours within your company log in to the member portal.
- Select Billing from the left hand menu and then Credits within the sub menu.
- You can view the remaining/used meeting room hours for your company for the given month, or if you'd like view previous hours/credits by selecting the date filter on the right hand side.
Reviewing Previous Bookings
- To view specific meeting room usage, you can select the (>) toggle option on the right hand side.
- Ensure that Display negative transactions is checked to view where your meeting room hours have been allocated.
If you feel there is any discrepancy in the hours allocated to you and what you have used, please submit a ticket and a member of our team will reach out with more information!
