We understand that work schedules and business needs can change. However, due to system and billing limitations, we are not able to pause or freeze memberships.
Our platform does not support temporary holds, suspended billing, or future reactivation without starting a completely new agreement. Because of this, the only available option when a member needs to stop their plan is to terminate the membership.
Membership Pauses Are Not Supported
We cannot pause:
Day-to-day coworking memberships
Dedicated desk or private office plans
Virtual office memberships
Add-ons or recurring services
If you are unable to use your membership for a period of time, you will still be billed unless the membership is officially terminated.
How to End a Membership
To stop billing, you must submit a formal termination request. All terminations:
Require a 30-day written notice
Must be submitted through our official online form
Follow the normal termination rules outlined in your membership agreement
Once your termination is processed, your membership will display an end date in the portal. This is your confirmation that billing will stop after that date.

Want to Come Back Later?
We would love to welcome you back anytime. When you're ready to return:
You will simply sign a new membership agreement
Any setup fees, promotions, or availability will be subject to the offerings at that time
Membership availability is first-come, first-served, and we cannot guarantee space will be available later.
Need Help or Have Questions?
