When You Can Bring a Guest
Guests are only permitted at Downtown Works in connection with a booked meeting room or a purchased day pass — they can't use general coworking areas otherwise.
Meeting Room Guests
Total attendees (including you) can't exceed the room's listed capacity.
Guests may only access the building during your reserved meeting time.
Guests must check in as directed by our team.
No guests are permitted outside Regular Business Hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.), without exception — even if you have 24/7 access yourself.
Guests Who Want to Work Onsite
A guest who wants to work from Downtown Works outside of a meeting — not just visit — needs their own day pass or membership, subject to availability and current rates.
You're Responsible for Your Guests
You're responsible for your guests' conduct and for any damage, loss, or rule violations they cause. We may limit the number of guests at a location on a given day.
