Register as a User
Open the mailbox invitation email.
Click Get Your Address or Activate Your Mailbox.
Complete your renter account details.
Click Next.
Complete your forwarding address information.
Click Sign Up.
📌 Note: You must accept the email invitation before your account can be linked to a mailbox — no mailbox is associated with your account until you do.

Signing In Again
Go to your mailbox renter URL: app.pilotomail.com/downtownworks.
Enter your email and password.
Click Sign In.
If you get an error, confirm your login details or click Forgot Password.
Note: your PilotoMail login is separate from your Downtown Works member portal login, unless you set them to match.
