We can only accept and process mail for individuals or companies with an active billing plan that includes mail handling, and a valid USPS Form 1583 on file for every recipient name or entity.
Common Reasons Mail Is Returned or Discarded
Your mail plan (Virtual Office, Mailbox Add-On, or mail-inclusive membership) isn't active.
The recipient name or company on the mail isn't listed on your Form 1583.
You're receiving mail for an additional entity that hasn't been added to your account.
Mail that doesn't meet these requirements may be returned to sender, refused, or discarded without prior notice β this is a USPS compliance requirement, not a discretionary decision on our part.
How to Avoid This
Confirm your mail plan is active and current.
Make sure every name or business receiving mail is listed on your Form 1583.
Add any additional entities to your account before mail arrives under that name β see Are There Additional Charges? for entity fees.
Questions?
