Booking
Book a day pass at bookings.downtownworks.com or through your member portal if you're an existing member bringing a guest.
Cancellation Policy
Day passes are non-refundable — all sales are final. This is different from meeting room bookings, which allow cancellation under certain notice windows. See What Is Your Meeting Room Cancellation Policy? if you're booking a room rather than a day pass.
